About Old World Jeff and Evelyn Schwimmer's OLD WORLD RESTAURANT, originally located in San Diego's Gaslamp/East Village, specializes in on and off premise catering since 1979. Its casual, intimate ambiance and charm is the perfect setting for wedding rehearsal dinners, retirements, holiday parties, graduation parties and wedding and baby showers. Business associations and social groups, such as Project Hope and the San Diego Gulls Booster Club, have held monthly dinner meetings with us.
